L2: Award in Wine

Our most popular course teaches you key grape varieties grown around the world, different styles of wine produced and introduces the Systematic Approach to Wine Tasting. A great introduction to the world of international wines and wine law for beginners.

L3: Award in Wine

This course gives students a comprehensive coverage of wines, with an increased focus both on tasting technique and on factors influencing the style, quality and price of wines from major drinks regions of the world. This course is NOT suitable for beginners.

Each course has a set start and finish date, with clear guidelines on progression, however there are no fixed times to log-on as there is no "live" delivery of content. Students can complete their learning at times that suit them.
